Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change, but late cancellations affect our ability to serve other clients. Please review our policy below: If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, there will be no charge. If you cancel within 12–24 hours of your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reschedule as early as possible if you're unable to make your appointment!
